Borderlands 2: Best Gunzerker Skill Build
Gunzerker
Salvador kills his enemies fast and serves them a nice side of pwn'age while doing so with his dual wielding guns.
Gunzerker is the best at crowd control, has a very high damage per second (dps), is capable of tanking (with a tank build), and is one of the most fun classes in Borderlands 2.
The build I'm posting is an amazing Gunzerker solo build (I think it's the Best Salvador Build). It's pretty much a Rampage Build that's hybrid with a Brawn Build. This does not have any of a Gunlust Build though -- as we don't even touch that tree -- but that doesn't mean you can't shift some skill points around. Keep in mind that with more downloadable content (DLC) being released, even more skill points will be obtainable. And once you gain those extra skill points and / or an increased level cap, then you can expand to other skills in trees.

Best Gunzerker Class Skill Build
*** Gunzerking *** - Action Skill. Draw a second gun and go nuts! While Gunzerking you Instantly Regain 50% of your Total Health, gain Damage Reduction against enemy attacks, and constantly Regenerate Health and Ammo. Does not regenerate rockets. Cooldown: 42 seconds
Rampage Skill Tree
Filled to the Brim: (5/5) - Increases your Magazine Size with all weapon types. Also increases your Ammo Carrying Capacity with all ammo types.
Magazine Size: +25%
Ammo Carrying Capacity: +15%
Last Longer (5/5) - Increases the Gunzerking Duration.
Gunzerking Duration +15 seconds
I'm Ready Already (5/5) - Increases the Cooldown Rate of your Gunzerking ability.
Gunzerking Cooldown Rate: +25%
Steady as She Goes (1/1) - Reduces Recoil with both guns while Gunzerking. Additionally, each shot that hits an enemy has a chance to improve your Accuracy with both guns.
Recoil Reduction: +80%
Chance to Improve Accuracy: 30%
Yippee Ki yay (4/5) - Killing an enemy while Gunzerking increases the amount of time you can Gunzerk.
Gunzerking Duration per kill: +2.4 seconds
Get Some (5/5) - Shooting an enemy decreases the Cooldown on Gunzerking. This effect can only occur once every three seconds.
Gunzerking Cooldown: -3 seconds per shot
Keep Firing... (1/1) - While Gunzerking, the longer you hold down the trigger, the faster your guns fire and the faster you reload.
Fire Rate up to +88%
Reload Speed: up to 25%
Brawn Skill Tree
Hard To Kill (5/5) - Increases your Maximum Health and gives you a small amount of Health Regeneration.
Maximum Health: +20%
Regenerate +0.5% of your Maximum Health per second.
Incite (5/5) - Taking damage from your enemies increases your Movement Speed and Reload Speed for a few seconds.
Movement Speed: +30%
Reload Speed: +25%
Ain't Got Time to Bleed (5/5) - While Gunzerking you Regenerate Health. The lower your current Health, the more powerful the Regeneration.
Regenerate up to +4% of your Maximum Health per second.
Bus That Can't Slow Down (4/5) - Increases your Movement Speed while Gunzerking.
Movement Speed: +40%
Conclusion
So that's the Best Gunzerker Build! Salvador the Gunzerker is a fun character class who is pretty much the playable Brick of the Borderlands 2 (he's silly and so forth).
While this is a great soloing build, it should be mentioned that it works even better in a duo situation or with larger parties since that keeps the enemies more spread out and less focused on just your character. This means you can focus less on tanking skills and more on high damage skills. This is even more true if you have a nice Gunzerker Class Mod that can help fill in some extra skill points for you.
What's great about the Gunzerker is that once you get some really great weapons (perhaps legendary or great epic weapons), then you can put one in each hand and do a ridiculous amount of damage. And each gun can be a different elemental too, which is always cool.

Yippee Ki Yay is only up to four, how did you get Get Some?

Hi there! In the previous tier, I used 6 points -- 5 in I'm Ready Already and 1 in Steady as She Goes. That made it meet the requirement so that Yippee Ki Yay only needed 4 pts total to reach the 25 pt requirement of getting to the next tier. Hope that made sense!
