Borderlands 2: New DLC - Mister Torgues Campaign of Carnage

It sounds similar to Moxxi's Underdome (with arenas and fighting in tournaments in so forth)...yet some people say that it also sounds like it could be RACING (Torgue vs Torque). This probably isn't the case though because TORGUE is a manufacturer of weapons on Borderlands 2 -- so you'll likely just be dealing with them in this DLC like you did with similar manufacturers in the past.
What's new and what can you expect from this new DLC?
-- (Possibly) Increased Level Cap
-- (Possibly) More Skill Points
-- More Missions / Quests
-- Additional Achievements
-- More guns, shields, class mods, artifacts / relics, grenade mods
For all we know, it could even add additional vehicles, which could be nice.
The release date is still unknown, as well as what it entails is purely speculation.
However, with a recent patch, some new Borderlands 2 achievements pertaining to the Mr.Torgue's Campaign of Carnage DLC, are now visible:
1) Explosive (Bronze): "Completed the mission - Long way to the top"
2) Motorhead (Silver): "Completed all Campaign of Carnage side missions"
3) Obsessed (Gold): "Collected 10 pictures of Moxxi in Campaign of Carnage"
Three PlayStation 3 / PS3 / PSN trophies. More may be added later! And these should be similar to the Xbox 360 medals or similar PC achievements.
Regardless, you'll want to be sure to download this one when you can!
