Want to map / remap your Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 (PS3) gamepad for the recently released Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition (PC)?

1) Install MotionInJoy
2) Go to drivers tab and select your PS3 / Xbox controller
3) Go to the profiles tab and choose xbox 360 setting

Allegedly, you should select Xbox 360 even if you are using a PS3 controller instead of a Xbox 360 wired or wireless controller.

This should help some of you a lot! As we are use to the running button being in a certain spot.

Experiment with the supplied drivers if it is not working.

But the instructions supplied seem to work well for most people already.

Should work on all Windows -- Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 -- and it doesn't matter if you got Dark Souls from Steam or not.
