Borderlands 2: Best Siren Class Build
Maya the Siren
The best Borderlands 2 support class is Siren. They can heal AND revive! With nice class mods, they can do even more -- such as hp / health regeneration and quicker action skill cooldowns.
Sirens can also have nice elemental builds with a high rate of damage per second (DPS).
They're one of the favored classes in this game, though every single class rocks.
You can make hybrid builds with the Siren pretty easily too. Our build focuses on being as strong as possible in combat.
Best Siren Class Build
*** Phaselock *** - Action skill. Lock an enemy in another dimension, preventing them from fighting back for a short while. Some enemies cannot be phaselocked and instead instantly take damage.
Cooldown: 13 Seconds
Motion Skill Tree
Ward (5/5) - Improves your Shield Capacity and Shield Recharge Delay.
Shield Capacity: +25%
Shield Recharge Delay: -40%
Accelerate (5/5) - Increases Damage and Bullet Speed with all gun types.
Gun Damage: +15%
Bullet Speed: +20%
Converge (1/1) - Action Skill Augmentation. Your Phaselock ability now also pulls nearby enemies toward the original target. This deals a small amount of damage to the affected enemies.

Harmony Skill Tree
Mind's Eye (5/5) - Increases Critical Hit Damage and Melee Damage.
Critical Hit Damage: +25%
Melee Damage: +30%
Wreck (2/5) - While you have an enemy Phaselocked you gain increased Fire Rate and Damage with all gun types.
Fire Rate: +20%
Damage: +12%
Cataclysm Skill Tree
Flicker (5/5) - Increases your chance to cause Status Effects with Fire, Shock, Corrosive, and Slag guns.
30% more likely to cause Elemental Effects with guns.
Foresight (5/5) - Increases Magazine Size and Reload Speed with all weapon types.
Magazine Size: +20%
Reload Speed: +25%
Chain Reaction (5/5) - While you have an enemy Phaselocked all of your shots that hit enemies have a chance to ricochet and hit another nearby enemy. Chain reaction only work with bullets.
Ricochet chance: +40%
Cloud Kill (1/1) - Shooting an enemy creates a lingering Acid Cloud, dealing constant Corrosive Damage to enemies who touch it. Only one Acid Cloud can be active at a time.
Cloud Kill Duration: 5 seconds
Reaper (5/5) - You deal increased Gun Damage to any enemy who has more than 50% of his health remaining.
Gun Damage +40%
Bright Phoenix (5/5) - Kill Skill. Killing an enemy causes you to deal constant Fire and Corrosive Damage to nearby enemies for a short time. The damage is based on your Level and the Level of Blight Phoenix.
Damage Level 5
Ruin (1/1) - Action Skill Augmentation. Phaselock now Slags, Electrocutes, and Corrodes all nearby enemies.
"Ignorance and inconsideration may be greater causes of ruin, but they are slow and lacking in spectacle."
Conclusion
It is very easy to solo with Maya the Siren. Phaselock can get you out of a lot of sticky situations and is able to damage enemies (including bosses) very well.
Maya is best with elemental guns and the SMG is the best gun for her to use -- but she works well with all weapon types.
